Mark Drager has worked in Navy Contracting for over 33 years holding a variety of positions. He is a member of the DOD Acquisition Professional Community and is certified at DAWIA Level 3 in Contracting. Mark has developed strategies and executed actions in the award of billions of dollars’ worth of Navy contracts. He was Procuring Contracting Officer for the award of PMMAC (Program Management Multiple Award Contract) the largest MAC ever awarded by NAVAIR. In May of 2005 Mark received the Navy's Meritorious Service Award. Mark is a graduate of Albright College with a BS in Accounting and is an avid runner.
